Dear Parents and Guardians,
Students will perform at our Winter Holiday Program on Thursday, December 14th, 2023. Students should come dressed in their Winter Holiday Program attire. For information regarding what your child should wear for the program, please connect with your child’s teacher. We will have two performances, the first one at 8:30 am for PALs-2nd Grade Parents, and the second one at 1:00 pm for 3rd-5th Grade Parents. Students in our PAL program will perform only in the morning because they leave campus at noon. Please be informed that both performances are the same. Each family will receive 2 Tickets. Tickets will be color-coded to indicate priority seating.
Tickets will be distributed on Tuesday, December 12th, 2023.
8:30 am- PALS-2nd Grade Parents are in the audience -BLUE TICKETS
1:00 pm- 3rd-5th Grade Parents are in the audience -PINK TICKETS
(PAL students will not perform at the 1 pm show.)
Priority Seating Line
Please arrive on time and have your tickets ready. Once the auditorium is filled to capacity, we will close the auditorium doors and nobody will be allowed to enter the auditorium.
Standby Line
Parent that have priority seating for the afternoon show, but want to attend in the morning, will have wait at the standby line until seats became available.
Safety
Strollers will not be allowed in the auditorium, they will be parked outside of the auditorium. Children 4 and under will need to sit on their parent’s lap during the show. Masks are strongly recommended but not required.
Friday, December 15th is a minimum day.
Dismissal on Friday, December 15th, 2023 is at 12:24 p.m. Please arrive on time to meet your child at the dismissal gate. All Lost & Found items not claimed by Friday, December 15th will be donated to Hope the Mission, a non-profit organization in our community.
Our winter break begins on December 18th, 2023 through January 5th, 2024. School resumes on January 8, 2024. Intervention classes also resume on January 8th, 2024.
