Dear Glenwood Family:

The PALS Culmination is approaching! Please review the important details below to help us ensure a memorable, smooth, and safe celebration for our students:

Date & Time: Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
Location: School Auditorium
Attendance: You must be on the guest list to attend.
Tickets: A total of 3 tickets per family will be distributed at the end of the school day on Friday, May 29, 2026.

Dress Code: Clean, neat school clothing is perfectly appropriate for the culmination program.
Auditorium Rules: NO balloons are allowed inside the auditorium.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dismissal & Sign-Out Procedures
Exiting the Ceremony: All guests will exit through the back doors of the auditorium.
Early Sign-Out: For your child's safety, if you wish to take your child home immediately after the ceremony, you must complete the attached blue slip in advance and return it to the main office. You will meet your child outside in front of the auditorium.

Regular Dismissal: If your child is staying at school after the ceremony, please note the dismissal times for June 3rd:
PALS Students: 12:30 p.m.
UTK through 5th Grade Students: 2:10 p.m.
⚠️ Important Note Regarding Classroom Celebrations
To ensure the safety and well-being of all our students, no cupcakes or outside food are permitted for classroom celebrations. Please consult directly with the main office and your child's teacher regarding bringing treats for the students, as several children have special dietary restrictions and/or severe food allergies. Thank you for helping us keep all of our students safe!
