Glenwood Elementary Sun Valley's Hidden Gem!
Nestled in the heart of Sun Valley, Glenwood Elementary School is a colorful little haven that offers a nurturing, clean, safe, student-centered learning environment where parents and teachers work collaboratively to provide our students with the very best education. Every classroom is equipped with the top of line technology in addition to a state-of-the-art Technology Lab. We not only provide quality interventions for students in K-5 but also have a Gifted and Talented program for those students who would benefit from enrichment. We offer Arts education in Visual and Performing Arts. We also offer classes for Parents Monday thru Friday in our Parent Center. Beautiful Buildings and Grounds
At Glenwood, we work hard to create a school environment that is both academically rich and physically beautiful. We strive to provide students with areas that meet a variety of needs. We have wide open spaces for children to play games on and off the field, equipment on which they can stretch and climb, and murals to spark their imagination. With the support of community businesses and volunteers, our Student Council members are beautifying our garden with paint and acquiring new garden beds for planting flowers and vegetables. Our goal is to provide outdoor learning classrooms and areas for students to sit, chat, and read.
